How to Create a Financing Plan
Overview
Financing Plans allow you to define promotional financing offers for specific manufacturers or for all brands within a product group. Once created, the financing information is automatically associated with qualifying products and can be viewed from the product record.
Examples of financing promotions include:
0% financing
Deferred interest promotions
Fixed-term financing offers
Manufacturer-specific financing programs
Before You Begin
When creating a financing plan, you will define:
Product Group
Manufacturer (or All Brands)
Promotion start and end dates
Promotion type
Credit plan
Promotional rate and term
Create a Financing Plan
Navigate to Site Settings.
Select Finance.
Select + Financing.
Configure the Financing Plan
Complete the required financing information.
Product Group
Select the product group the financing offer applies to.
Example:
Appliances
Manufacturer
Choose whether the financing applies to:
A specific manufacturer
All Brands
If the promotion is available across all manufacturers, select All Brands.
Example:
Whirlpool
Promotion Dates
Specify the period during which the financing offer is active.
Enter:
Start Date
End Date
Only products matching an active financing plan will display the financing information.
Promotion Type
Select the financing promotion type.
Examples include:
0% Financing
Deferred Interest
Other promotional financing options available in your system
Credit Plan
Enter the appropriate credit plan number or identifier provided by your financing provider.
Promotional Rate
Enter the financing details for the promotion.

Term: 60 Months
Save the Financing Plan
After completing all required fields, select Save.
The financing plan is now available for qualifying products.
View Financing Information on a Product
To verify the financing plan:
Navigate to Product Data.
Locate a product that matches the financing criteria.
Open the product record.
Scroll to the Financing Information section.
The financing promotion created in Site Settings will appear in the product's financing information.
