Using the Resource Center to Share Assets

  1. Click the folder icon at the top right of the screen to access the Resource Center for your system:

  1. Click the +Assets button:

  1. Select the Manufacturer. If no manufacturer is selected it will display as “All Manufacture” in the assets.

  2. Select a Category and related Subcategory - these include:

    1. Training

      1. Whirlpool

      2. Sharp

    2. Promotions

      1. Consumer Financing

      2. Rebates

    3. Programs

      1. Appliances

      2. Mattresses

    4. Services

      1. no subcategories available

    5. Marketing

      1. Circulars & Direct Mailers

    6. Events

      1. NECO Shows

      2. Holiday Events

    7. Extended Warranties/Service Contracts

      1. no subcategories available

  3. Enter a Name of the asset you are adding

  4. Select a Start Date and End Date that the Asset will be valid

  5. Select the Asset Type. Types of files for selection are:

    1. Other

    2. Image

    3. Video

    4. Audio

    5. Document

    6. PDF Document

    7. Excel Document

  6. Click Choose file to upload and locate the file.
