Creating a Transfer Request

A transfer request is a request for an item to be moved from one location to another. This creates a history and paper trail of the item’s movements.

  1. Click the Menu icon

2. Click Inventory

3. Click Model Inventory

4. Select the Model tab

5. Use filters ( Brand, Product Group, Categoy, Type, Location, Warehouse Location, Advanced Filters, On Hand, On Order, Allocated, Search Field) to narrow your search of products

6. Click the Create Transfer Request button

7. Enter the quantity to be transferred in the Transfer Qty. field

Note: Models where a quantity was not selected will not be part of the transfer request

8. Select the New Location and New Warehouse Location using the New Location and New WHSE Location drop downs

9. Select the date needed by typing over the existing date or clicking the calendar icon to access a calendar

10. To select specific serial numbers, check the Specific Product selection box (optional)

11. Click Next at the bottom of the screen

12. Select specific serial items by clicking the selection box in the Select All field

Click Next at the bottom of the screen

13. Click Finish

14. Once completed, a successfully created message will appear in the upper left hand corner of the screen
