There are two places to create A/R customers; A/R Aging and the Take payment > Accounts Receivable screen. Both of these options are only available if the user has permission for Accounts Receivable Create and edit.
On the Accounts Receivable > A/R aging screen, you can click the β+A/R customerβ button
2. On the Take Payment > Accounts Receivable screen, click the search icon.
3. On the Add AR Customer screen, search for an existing AR customer or click the +AR Customer button to add one.
Note: You may need to uncheck the balance due filter to view accounts who have zero owed.
4. After you add/select the customer, It will add Default Terms and Credit Limit to the account based on what you have in your Accounts receivable settings. If you want to change the credit limit or Default Terms , click the Edit pencil
5. Enter the Min Deposit or Balance Owed
6. Click Process Payment
Note: the Default Terms and Credit Limit can also be changed via the Accounts Receivable > AR Aging screen
7. Search for the AR Customer
8. Next click the βEditβ action button on the right
9. Click Save Changes
