  3. Complete Service Request: After processing the warranty payment, click on the "Complete Service Request" button. Review all items on the service request that need to be marked as completed.

  4. Check Off Items: Check off all items on the service request that have been completed, such as diagnostic fee, service call, and installed parts.

  5. Assign Serial Numbers: If there are serialized products, assign serial numbers accordingly. If there are non-serialized parts, proceed to the next step.

  6. Finalize Non-Serialized Part: If there are non-serialized parts, confirm the quantity needed and proceed to finalize the selection.

  7. Final Review: Review all details on the screen for accuracy before finalizing the service request.

  8. Finalize Service Request: Once all steps are completed and verified, click on the finalize button to complete the service request.
