Purpose
This procedure explains how to view or hide miscellaneous items within the Shortage Report grid. This feature allows users to focus on key delivery items while still maintaining access to complete order details when needed.
Scope
This SOP applies to users working within the order grid who need to manage visibility of miscellaneous items.
Procedure
1. Open the Shortage Report Grid
Navigate to the relevant order within the system.
Open the order grid where line items are displayed.
2. Show Miscellaneous Items
Locate the Show Miscellaneous Items button.
Click the button to display all miscellaneous items associated with the order.
3. Understand Display Requirements
Before miscellaneous items will appear in the grid, ensure the following condition is met:
The miscellaneous item must have the same truck and delivery date as the rest of the order.
If this condition is not met, the miscellaneous item will not display.
Result
Users can toggle visibility of miscellaneous items in the order grid.
The grid can be simplified to focus on key delivery items.
Full order context remains available when needed by enabling miscellaneous item visibility.
Notes
