Key Steps
From the service scheduler, select the individual technician for whom you want to share the information.
Confirm the technician's route and all scheduled service requests for the day.
Click on the "Share" button.
Choose to share the manifest (service requests for the day), service tickets, and technician route.
Optionally, include a technician route that provides directions from one stop to the next, or send a link for the technician to access directions on their phone using Google Maps.
Email the shared information to the technician.

Ensure that all information shared is accurate and complete to avoid confusion or delays for the technician.
Double-check the email address of the technician before sending the information to ensure it reaches the correct recipient.
Tips for Efficiency
Utilize the option to send a technician route link for easy access to directions on the technician's phone.
Provide clear and concise information in the shared documents to assist the technician in preparing for their day efficiently.
Encourage technicians to check the shared information the night before to familiarize themselves with the day's tasks and requirements.
