The following video discusses utilizing the service performance tab to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the service side of the business.

Key Steps:

  1. Trends:

    • Monitor KPIs such as average response time, first trip fix rate, total trips, average trips per service order, and number of non-scheduled orders.

    • Analyze trends from a revenue perspective, including open service orders, completed service orders, costs, profits, and margins.

  2. New Business:

    • Review the aggregate graph displaying warranty and non-warranty new service business to assess the health of the service business.

  3. Service Order by Trip Number:

    • Check the number of trips taken for each service job.

    • Hover over sections to view service request numbers and identify any anomalies or delays.

  4. Performance:

    • Analyze costs, revenue, and profits displayed on the graph.

    • Differentiate between warranty and non-warranty service requests for a detailed performance analysis.

  5. Service Request Report:

    • Access the service request report screen.

    • To add a new service request, click on the action icon (the plus sign) and fill out the necessary details.
