How to Send Specs via Email and Conversations
Locate the Send Icon 0:00
At the beginning of the line, find the send icon.
This icon has always allowed you to send specs via email.
2. Open the Share Window 0:12
Click on the send icon to open the share window.
3. Access the Conversations Tab 0:23
In the share window, you will see a new 'Conversations' tab.
4. Choose Your Sending Options 0:41
You can send specs to:
Email
Conversations
Check the boxes for the options you want to use.
5. Send to Both Email and Text 0:41
If you want to send specs to both email and texting:
Check both boxes.
6. Enter Phone Number 0:41
To send via text, simply enter the recipient's phone number.
