If you have specific models showing on your website and you would like them removed, follow these instructions to remove them.
Select E Commerce and Products from the Dropdown menu.
2. Search for the model(s) using the Search by Model field on the right side of the grid.
Note: If you are searching multiple models, add a comma in between the models.
3. Press the Delete option on the left side.
4. Enter a Reason for removing the model and click Submit.
5. If the item still appears on your website after doing the steps above, it will get removed in the overnight process. If you would like to remove it immediatley, go into Setup Products at the top of the Ecommerce Price Tags screen.
6. Scroll to the bottom of each page and Click the Next option.
7. On the Last Page, click the Finish option.
8. Two Pop Up windows will appear. Click Ok for both of them.
9. Once you click Ok to both windows let it do its update and eventually it will take you back to the Ecommerce Price Tags grid and the model will be removed from your website.
