Skip Up Option in Gatekeeper
Objective:
To effectively utilize the skip option in Gatekeeper when unable to take an incoming task or call, ensuring smooth workflow and proper communication.
Key Steps:
When the notification pops up indicating it's your turn, assess if you are unable to take the task.
If you are in the middle of a task that cannot be interrupted, click on the skip button that appears alongside the next button.
A window will pop up asking you to type in a reason for skipping your turn. Keep the reason concise but informative.
After typing in the reason, click on the save button to ensure the information is saved.
