In this video, we’re excited to share three new additions to our service request report that will make tracking balances and deposits much easier. The first addition is a Balance Due filter, allowing you to see which accounts have outstanding balances. Additionally, we've added two new columns: one for Balance Owed and another for Total Deposits, providing clear insights into payments.
Standard Operating Procedure for Tracking Balances and Deposits

Accessing the Add Filters Feature 0:00
Navigate to the service request system.
Locate and click on the Add Filters button.
2. Using the Balance Due Filter 0:12
In the filters menu, find the Balance Due option.
Select Yes to filter and view all service requests with outstanding balances.
3. Prioritizing Collections 0:24
Review the filtered list of service requests.
Prioritize follow-ups on payments based on the outstanding balances displayed.

Balance Owed: Indicates the amount still outstanding on each service request.
Total Deposits: Shows the total amount the customer has already paid towards the service request.
