Service Requests
Service Request Report Enhancements - The Service Request Report has been updated to run faster and respond more quickly. We’ve also added a new Balance Due filter, plus new columns for Deposits and Balance Owed so you can see financial details more clearly.
Vendors
Vendor & Purchase Order Improvements - A new “+ Vendor” button has been added to the vendor grids allowing you to add a new vendors on the fly and start using them immediately.
Merchant Services
Auditing for Merchant Services - Auditing has been added for merchant services settings and terminals, along with a new History button that shows what changed, when, and who made the change.
Job Status
Job Status Enhancements - You can now filter job status results by date range, helping you quickly narrow down your view and focus on the data that matters most.
Product Grid
Product Grid Speed Boost - To help you find products faster than ever, we’ve supercharged our Model search. By defaulting to find models that stat with your term, you’ll see a performance increase of up to 10x, while the “Contains” option remains just a click away.
NECO
NECO Plan-to-Sell - NECO’s Plan-to-Sell models are available to all chapters. These preferred models can be easily found using filters in the product grid and other areas within RPS, making it simple to search and reference them.
