Key Steps:
Edit Line Items:
Identify fields with diamonds next to them, indicating they can be changed.
Click on the field you want to edit (e.g., description, unit price, quantity).
Make the necessary changes.
Look for red arrows in the top left corner of the field, indicating unsaved changes.
Click outside the field to save the changes.
Repeat the process for each line item you want to edit.
Delete Line Items:
Locate the action icons and find the one that looks like a trash can.
Click on the trash can icon next to the line item you want to delete.
The line item will be removed from the quote, but changes are not saved yet.
Save the quote to finalize the deletion.
Cautionary Notes:
Ensure that all changes are accurate before saving, as they cannot be undone easily.
Double-check the line items being deleted to avoid removing important information accidentally.
