  1. Open the quote or order where you want to add rooms.

  2. Click on any line item to open the rooms dropdown.

  3. If the desired room is not in the dropdown, type the room name in the free-form field to create a new room.

  4. Select the appropriate room from the dropdown for each line item.

  5. Save the changes by clicking on the save button.

  6. Review the assigned rooms and rearrange them if necessary for better organization.
