We’ve added a new Customer filter to the Service Performance and Service Ranking reports, making it easier to focus on the data that matters most. You can now quickly narrow results to a specific customer, allowing your team to review service history, identify trends, and address issues more efficiently.

Using the Customer Filter in Service Performance Reports

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to utilize the new customer filter in service performance and service ranking reports for improved service operations analysis.

Key Steps

Accessing the Customer Filter 0:19

  • Navigate to the Advanced Filters section in your report interface.

  • Locate the Customers filter option.

Selecting a Customer 0:28

  • Click into the Customers field.

  • Type in the name of the customer you wish to filter by.

  • Once selected, the report will update to display data specific to that customer.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that you have the correct permissions to access the Advanced Filters section.

  • Double-check the customer's name for accuracy to avoid filtering errors.
