Using the Customer Filter in Service Performance Reports

Key Steps
Accessing the Customer Filter 0:19
Navigate to the Advanced Filters section in your report interface.
Locate the Customers filter option.
Selecting a Customer 0:28
Click into the Customers field.
Type in the name of the customer you wish to filter by.
Once selected, the report will update to display data specific to that customer.
