Click the Menu icon
2. Click Inventory
3. Click Vendor Returns
4. Click +New Vendor Return
5. Select the Vendor from the original Purchase Order
6. Enter the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in the Return Authorization Number field
7. Click the +Add Items button to search the models or serials
8. Use filters (Brand, Category, Search By Field) to locate and select the item being returned
9. Once the product is selected, a Restock fee or Additional Fees can be added to each item. This will change the serial status on the items to “Pending Vendor Return”. Once submitted, it will remove the item from open stock.
10. Click Save
Note: Keep the return in the open status until you receive your credit from the vendor. Then edit and complete the RMA information. If you are using the accounts payable it will prompt you for the Vendor credit information.
