The addendum option allows you to create a document (ex: delivery checklists, service worksheets, etc.) and add them to your order, quote, invoice, service or delivery options.
To create a new addendum:
Click the Menu icon
Expand the Point of Sale menu
Click Settings
Select Printing from Point of Sales Settings
5. At the bottom of the screen, click +Addendum
6. Enter the name of the addendum in the Name field
Click Choose File from the Addendum field
7. Locate and open the addendum you are adding
Note: The addendum file must be in PDF format for upload
.
8. Select where you would like the addendum added
Click Update
9. To edit or delete your addendum, click the Edit or Delete buttons under Action
