In this video, we’re sharing a significant improvement in our model inventory process. We used to refresh each model individually, which was quite tedious. Now, we have a bulk refresh button that streamlines this task, making it much more efficient.
SOP: Model Inventory Refresh Process
Objective
To provide a clear and concise procedure for refreshing the model inventory, ensuring that all team members can execute the task accurately and efficiently, minimizing errors and misunderstandings.
Key Steps
Access the Model Inventory Screen
Log into the system and navigate to the model inventory section.
Identify Models for Refresh
Review the list of models displayed and identify which models need to be refreshed.
Choose Refresh Method
Individual Refresh: If only a few models need updating:
Click the refresh button next to each model individually.
Bulk Refresh: If multiple models need updating:
Locate and select the bulk refresh option available on the screen.
Execute Refresh
For individual refresh, click the refresh button for each model.
For bulk refresh, click the designated bulk refresh button to update all selected models at once.
Verify Refresh Completion
Check the status indicators next to each model to confirm that they have been successfully refreshed.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that you are trained and familiar with the system interface before attempting to refresh models.
Double-check that you are refreshing the correct models to avoid data inaccuracies.
If you encounter any errors during the refresh process, document the issue and report it to your supervisor immediately.
