This SOP explains how to grant users the ability to complete deposits by assigning the appropriate permission either to an individual user or through a permission profile. It helps ensure only authorized team members can complete deposits, improving financial control and reducing risk.
Key Steps
Navigate to User Permissions 0:00
Go to Users in the system.
Decide whether to assign the permission to:
One individual user, or
A permission profile for multiple users.
2. Assign Deposit Permission to an Individual User 0:23
Open the Users tab.
Search for and select the specific user.
Click Permissions.
In Search by Permission, type Deposit.
Locate Deposits and check Complete Deposit.
3. Assign Deposit Permission Through a Permission Profile 0:46
Click Permission Profiles.
Select the profile you want to update.
Click Permissions.
Search for Deposit.
Under Deposits, check Complete Deposit.
