  1. Quotes:

    • Locate the quote that needs to be sent for payment.

    • Click on the "Send for Payment" option at the bottom of the quote.

    • Customize the email subject and body if needed.

    • Send the payment link to the customer.

    • Customer receives an email with a payment link.

    • Customer makes the payment, which automatically converts the quote into an order.

    • Ensure that merchant services are turned on the website for the transaction to complete.

  2. Orders:

    • Find the order that requires payment.

    • Click on the "Send for Payment" option.

    • Customize the email if necessary.

    • Send the payment link to the customer.

    • Customer receives an email with a payment link.

    • Customer pays the balance of the order.

    • The payment registers, but the order remains open for further processing.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that merchant services are enabled on the website for the transaction to be completed successfully.

  • The "Send for Payment" option does not close the order or generate an invoice automatically.
