What’s New: We are excited to announce the release of RPS version 15.6, packed with new features and enhancements designed to boost your productivity and enhance your experience.

Product Data

  • Streamlined Model Search with Enhanced Image Viewer - Searching for a specific model just got easier! Enjoy our redesigned product image viewer for quicker, clearer views. Available on both the product list and detail pages.

Point of Sale

  • Deposit Reversal Made Easy - Made a deposit by mistake? No problem! Authorized users can now quickly reverse it. Giving you more peace of mind.

  • New Filter Highlights Past-Due Service Requests - Easily identify service requests with past service dates using the new Past Service Date filter on the Service Request Report.


Track Status Description Changes in Service Request History - Service Request View History now shows who changed the Status Description, when it was changed, and what it was changed to. This added visibility helps improve accountability and gives you a clearer picture of how requests are being managed over time.

General Ledger

  • Smarter Filtering in GL Inquiry: Now with Account Name - You can now filter by both Account Number and Account Name, making it quicker to locate the right data. Especially when you're more familiar with names than numbers.

Purchase Orders

  • PO Request Notes Now Included in Excel Exports - Notes entered on the PO Request are now included in the export. Giving you better context and clearer communication when reviewing or sharing data.

Vendors

  • Faster Vendor Entry with “Save and Make Another” - A new "Save and Make Another" button has been added to the Create Vendor screen. It saves the current vendor and instantly reopens a fresh form. Helping you enter vendors more efficiently without starting from scratch each time.

Price Tags and Pricing

  • New Assigned Status Filter on Digital Tags Page - Easily find the digital tags you’re looking for with a new Assigned Status dropdown filter. Choose between Assigned, Unassigned, or Both (the default) to quickly narrow down your view and manage tags more efficiently.

Intercounty

  • Automated Inbound Manifests Now Available via API - Now available for Intercounty direct ordering customers: inbound manifests are delivered automatically via API, streamlining your workflow and saving you time.

DMI

  • See Seekable Status & Allocation Holds at a Glance - We’ve added new columns to the product grid. Now you can quickly see Seekable status and Allocation Holds at a glance for easier inventory insight.

  • Modify Quantities and Cancel Lines on DMI Purchase Orders - For DMI direct ordering customers, you can now update quantities and cancel lines on ordered POs. Saving time and giving you greater flexibility.
