Purpose: To explain how to create and use a team in Conversations.
2. Understanding Teams in Conversations 0:14
Teams are groups of people that can monitor text messages in the system.
3. Setting Up a Team 0:22
Navigate to the menu and select 'Users'.
Find the 'Teams' tab.
4. Creating a New Team 0:50
Click the 'Add Team' button.
Enter a name for the team (e.g., 'Text Team').
Click 'Update'.
5. Assigning Members to the Team 1:09
Click the 'Assign' button.
Search for individuals in the system to add to the team.
Click 'Assigned' for each person you want to include.

Click 'Save' to finalize the team creation.

Navigate to the 'Conversations' section.

Click on the Conversation Watcher icon.
Select 'Conversation Watcher Plus'.
