Creating and Using Teams in Conversations

2. Understanding Teams in Conversations 0:14

  • Teams are groups of people that can monitor text messages in the system.

3. Setting Up a Team 0:22

  • Navigate to the menu and select 'Users'.

  • Find the 'Teams' tab.

4. Creating a New Team 0:50

  • Click the 'Add Team' button.

  • Enter a name for the team (e.g., 'Text Team').

  • Click 'Update'.

  • Search for individuals in the system to add to the team.

  • Click 'Assigned' for each person you want to include.
