Key Steps

  1. Access Quote Report: Log in to the system and navigate to the quote report section.

  2. Identify Task: Determine the task that requires a follow-up or a reminder.

  3. Create To-Do Task:

    • Locate the checkbox icon on the quote report.

    • Click on the checkbox icon to open a box to create a to-do task.

    • Optionally, assign the task to a specific sales associate if needed.

    • Enter the task details (e.g., "Follow up on quote #") and set a due date.

    • Save the task.

  4. Access To-Do List:

    • Navigate to the day dashboard.

    • Locate the to-do section to find the newly created task.
